AI opportunity assessment¶
For teams deciding where to start. We review a use case, available data, current workflow, and the costs and risks of implementation. You receive a practical recommendation: what to test first, how to measure it, and what would make the project unsuitable.
Typical questions include whether an image search system could improve product discovery, whether a forecasting model would change an operational decision, or whether a language model application can be evaluated reliably.
My selected work includes private client projects in demand forecasting, optimization, pricing, segmentation, and image search.
A one-off assessment is quoted based on the question, data, and deliverable.
Prototype and implementation¶
For teams with a defined problem to test. I build with your team, agree on an evaluation approach, and demonstrate the result against that approach. The scope can include data preparation, a model or retrieval pipeline, an API, and a documented path to production.
A prototype is a test of feasibility and value. Production deployment, monitoring, and support are scoped explicitly if needed.
The current indicative project range is \(5,000–\)100,000. That range spans very different scopes; the proposal specifies deliverables and a price before work begins.

Ongoing technical guidance¶
For teams already building AI systems. I can review architecture, evaluation, data quality, and delivery plans, or work alongside your team on a defined area. The cadence and responsibilities are agreed before work begins.
For ongoing advisory work, the current indicative range is \(1,000–\)3,000 per month, depending on scope and access.
